Over the course of my doctoral and postdoctoral training, I have mentored both undergraduate and graduate students in the research labs I worked in. Inspired by these experiences, I now want to create a community to help students succeed in fields like energy research. Timely developments in these fields are critical for the world now. I believe by starting a support network I can help more students become aware of opportunities and find the motivation to succeed.

Right now I have started this effort on a small scale, but would soon expand it. I can now mentor students (by skype, phone, email) to groom them, answer their questions, help them in any way I can.
